Australia still holds the top spot in ICC World Test Championship 2021-23 points table. Australia, with 9 wins and 1 loss in their kitty, has a PCT of 76.92. India follows Australia on the 2nd rank with a PCT of 58.93.

South Africa takes the 3rd spot in World Test Championship with a PCT of 54.55. Sri Lanka arrives on the 4th rank with a PCT of 53.33. While South Africa has won 6 and lost 4 games, Sri Lanka has won 5 and lost 4.

Englandhas moved to the 5th rank after their recent 3-0 victory against Pakistan. With 10 wins, 8 defeats, and 4 draws, England has a PCT of 46.97. West Indies is next in the 6th place with a PCT of 40.91, winning 4 and losing 5 games.

Pakistantakes the 7th spot in World Test Championship points table with a PCT of 38.89. New Zealand is the next in the 8th spot while Bangladesh takes the last 9th spot. New Zealand owns a PCT of 25.93 while Bangladesh owns a PCT of 11.11.

India takes the 2nd spot in the ICC World Test Championship points table with a PCT of 58.93. India has played 5 Test series so far. India’s first Test series against England ended in a tie 2-2. Later, India won a 2-match series against New Zealand 1-0.

India lost a Test series against South Africa 1-2 and later defeated Sri Lanka in a Test series 2-0.  India recently defeated Bangladesh in a Test series 2-0. India is scheduled to play a four-match home series against Australia in February 2023. India still has a chance to qualify for the final.

With a PCT of 38.89, Pakistangrabs the 7th spot in ICC World Test Championship points table. Pakistan has played 5 Test series so far in the tournament. Pakistan tied a Test series against West Indies 2-2.  Later, They won a Test series against Bangladesh 2-0.

They lost a Test series to Australia 0-1 and tied a Test series against Sri Lanka 1-1. Pakistan lost a Test series to England recently 3-0. Currently, they are playing a two-match Test series against New Zealand.

 

 

West Indies

West Indies takes the 6th spot in the ICC World Test Championship points table with a PCT of 40.91. West Indies has played 5 Test series so far. West Indies tied a Test series against Pakistan 1-1. Later, they lost a Test series against Sri Lanka 0-2. West Indies defeated England in a Test series 1-0 earlier this year.

Later, West Indies also defeated Bangladesh in a two-match Test series 2-0. West Indies lost a Test series to Australia 2-0 and now cannot qualify for the final. They are scheduled to play a two-match home series against South Africa in March 2023.

Later, South Africa tied a two-match Test series against New Zealand 1-1. South Africa defeated Bangladesh in a Test series 2-0 in March this year. Later, they lost a Test series to England 1-2. South Africa is currently taking on Australia in a three-match Test series. South Africa will play a two-match away series against West Indies in March 2023.

Later, they lost to Australia in The Ashes 2022 0-4. England also lost to West Indies in a three-match Test series 0-1.

 

 

However, England won Test series against New Zealand (3-0) and South Africa (2-1). They also defeated Pakistan in a Test series 3-0. Now, they don’t have any series to play in the tournament. England is already out of the race to the final.

New Zealand takes the 8th spot in ICC World Test Championship. The defending champions of the tournament are already out of the race to the final. New Zealand has played 4 Test series so far. New Zealand lost a two-match Test series to India 1-0. Later, they tied a Test series against Bangladesh 1-1.

They also tied a Test series a South Africa 1-1 and later lost a three-match Test series against England 3-0. They are currently facing Pakistan in a two-match Test series. New Zealand is set to play a home two-match Test series against Sri Lanka in March 2023.

Bangladesh takes the last 9th spot in ICC World Test Championship points table with a PCT of just 13.33. Bangladesh has played 6 Test series. At the start, Bangladesh lost a two-match Test series against Pakistan 0-2.

 

 

Later, they tied a Test series against New Zealand 1-0. In January this year, Bangladesh lost a Test series to South Africa 2-0 and later lost a Test series against Sri Lanka 0-1. In June 2022, Bangladesh lost a Test series to West Indies 2-0. Bangladesh recently lost a Test series to India 2-0. Now, they have no more games to play in the tournament and are already out of the final’s race.
